Ahir era 23 de novembre i amb la Ciela, la nostra auxiliar de conversa, vam preparar el postre m\u00e9s t\u00edpic del dia de Thanksgiving (Acci\u00f3 de Gr\u00e0cies).<\/p>\n

Per\u00f2, qu\u00e8 se celebra realment en aquest dia? El dia de Thanksgiving \u00e9s per estar amb tota la fam\u00edlia al voltant d’una taula i sopar tots junts. \u00c9s un moment on tothom dona les gr\u00e0cies per all\u00f2 que t\u00e9: la fam\u00edlia, els amics, el menjar o el poder anar a l’escola. \u00c9s un moment per reflexionar i valorar de la sort que tenim.<\/p>\n

La Ciela va portar la recepta d’un pumpkin pie (past\u00eds de carbassa). Vam estar parlant sobre els diferents ingredients que necessit\u00e0vem i quins eren els estris. Finalment, va arribar el moment de provar el past\u00eds i va haver-hi cares de totes.<\/p>\n
