ESCANEJAR O FOTOGRAFIAR DOCUMENTACI\u00d3 NECESS\u00c0RIA:<\/p>\n<p><strong>DOCUMENTACI\u00d3 :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fotoc\u00f2pia llibre de fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p>Fotoc\u00f2pia del DNI, NIE O PASSAPORT del pare, mare o tutor\u00a0 de l&#8217;alumne.<\/p>\n<p>Fotoc\u00f2pia llibre vacunes.<\/p>\n<p>Fotoc\u00f2pia del DNI del nen\/a (si en t\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Certificat\u00a0 municipal d&#8217;empadronament.<\/p>\n<p>Fotoc\u00f2pia tarja sanit\u00e0ria individual de l&#8217;alumne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">3. ENVIAR TOTA LA DOCUMENTACI\u00d3\u00a0 AL CORREU DEL CENTRE c5003861@xtec.cat<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\">PRESENCIALMENT A L&#8217;ESCOLA ( DEL 19 AL 22 DE MAIG, AMBD\u00d3S INCLOSOS).<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">(casos extraordinaris, nom\u00e9s si no es disposa de mitjans telem\u00e0tics)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">COM ES FAR\u00c0 L&#8217;ATENCI\u00d3 PRESENCIAL:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cal demanar cita <strong>PR\u00c8VIA<\/strong> al correu del centre: c5003861@xtec.cat<\/li>\n<li>Al centre ha de venir una <strong style=\"font-family: inherit;font-size: 1em\">SOLA PERSONA<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit;font-size: 1em\"> a fer les gestions.
