En aquest cas hem treballat qu\u00e8 passa quan parlem malament als altres o a nosaltres mateixos. Qu\u00e8 generem en nosaltres? I als altres? Qu\u00e8 passa amb totes les deixalles emocionals que creem? Es pot arreglar el mal que fem? A trav\u00e9s d\u2019aquesta din\u00e0mica hem descobert que parlar-nos malament a nosaltres o als altres crea deixalles emocionals i som responsables de recollir-les i crear emocions noves i que ens facin cr\u00e9ixer i ser la nostra millor versi\u00f3. La din\u00e0mica ha estat divertida ja que hem cridat, estripat papers i creat figures boniques entre tots i totes.
