{"id":28,"date":"2014-09-18T12:29:35","date_gmt":"2014-09-18T12:29:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-santmiquel-castellgali\/\/?page_id=28"},"modified":"2026-01-19T10:11:51","modified_gmt":"2026-01-19T09:11:51","slug":"consell-escolar","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-santmiquel-castellgali\/lescola\/consell-escolar\/","title":{"rendered":"Consell escolar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El consell escolar del centre \u00e9s un \u00f2rgan de govern col\u00b7legiat on es troba representat tota la comunitat educativa. \u00c9s un \u00f2rgan de decisi\u00f3 i participaci\u00f3 que juga un paper important en el funcionament del centre.<\/p>\n<h2>Composici\u00f3 del CEC<\/h2>\n<p>El consell escolar dels centres docents p\u00fablics est\u00e0 format per:<br \/>\n&#8211; El\/la director\/a (que n&#8217;\u00e9s el president\/a). <strong>Dolors Jim\u00e9nez G\u00f3mez<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; El\/la cap d&#8217;estudis. <strong>I<\/strong><strong>olanda Garcia S\u00e1ez<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; El\/la secretari\/\u00e0ria ( amb veu i sense vot) <strong>Marta Checa Vila<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Un\/una representant de l&#8217;ajuntament <strong>Jofre Hern\u00e1ndez\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Un\/una representant del PAS (personal d&#8217;administraci\u00f3 i serveis) <strong>N\u00faria Centelles Justo<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Un\/una representant de l&#8217;AMPA <strong>Emilia P\u00e9rez G\u00f3mez<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Cinc mestres o professors elegits pel claustre <strong>S\u00edlvia S\u00e1nchez Carrascal, S\u00f2nia Mu\u00f1oz Garcia, Josep Subir\u00e0 Gost, Cl\u00e0udia Bruch Camprub\u00ed i Josep Ant\u00f3n Jim\u00e9nez Chinarro.<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Quatre pares o mares d&#8217;alumnes i de l\u2019alumnat. <strong>Llu\u00eds Gonz\u00e1lez Le\u00f3n,\u00a0 Marta Mallofr\u00e9 Ruiz, M\u00f2nica Mirabet G\u00f3mez i Mireia J\u00e0tiva Vilagut.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Compet\u00e8ncies del CEC<\/h2>\n<p>1. Formular propostes a l&#8217;equip directiu sobre la programaci\u00f3 anual del centre i\u00a0 aprovar el projecte educatiu, sens perjudici de les compet\u00e8ncies del claustre en relaci\u00f3 amb la plani\ufb01caci\u00f3 i l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 docent.<br \/>\n2. Elaborar informes, a petici\u00f3 de l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 competent, sobre el funcionament\u00a0 del centre i sobre aquells altres aspectes relacionats amb la seva activitat<br \/>\n3. Participar en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;admissi\u00f3 d&#8217;alumnes i vetllar per a que es realitzi segons marca la llei.<br \/>\n4. Aprovar el reglament de regim intern del centre<br \/>\n5. Con\u00e8ixer la resoluci\u00f3 de con\ufb02ictes disciplinaris i la imposici\u00f3 de sancions i vetllar perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;atenguin a la llei vigent. Quan les mesures disciplin\u00e0ries adoptades pel director corresponguin a conductes de l\u2019alumnat que perjudiquin greument la<br \/>\nconviv\u00e8ncia del centre, el consell escolar, a inst\u00e0ncia de pares o tutors, pot revisar<br \/>\nla decisi\u00f3 adoptada i proposar, si s\u2019escau, les mesures oportunes.<br \/>\n6. Aprovar el projecte de pressupost del centre i la seva liquidaci\u00f3.<br \/>\n7. Promoure la conservaci\u00f3 i renovaci\u00f3 de les instal\u00b7lacions i equip escolar i aprovar l\u2019obtenci\u00f3 de recursos complementaris d\u2019acord amb el que estableix l\u2019article 122.3.<br \/>\n8. Proposar les directrius per a la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, amb \ufb01nalitats educatives i culturals,\u00a0 amb altres centres, entitats i organismes.<br \/>\n9. Analitzar i valorar el funcionament general del centre, la evoluci\u00f3 del rendiment\u00a0 escolar i els resultats de l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 del centre que faci l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 educativa.<br \/>\n10.Participar en la selecci\u00f3 del director del centre en els termes que estableix aquesta Llei. Ser informat del nomenament i cessament dels altres membres de l\u2019equip\u00a0 directiu. Si s\u2019escau, amb l\u2019acord previ dels seus membres, adoptat per majoria de\u00a0 dos ter\u00e7os, proposar la revocaci\u00f3 del nomenament del director.<br \/>\n11.Proposar mesures i iniciatives que afavoreixin la conviv\u00e8ncia en el centre la igualtat\u00a0 entre homes i dones i la resoluci\u00f3 pac\u00ed\ufb01ca de con\ufb02ictes en tots els \u00e0mbits de la vida\u00a0 personal, familiar i social.<br \/>\n12. Qualsevol altra que li sigui atorgada per l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 educativa<br \/>\n13.L&#8217;establiment del nombre total de representants de cada sector en el consell\u00a0 escolar, tot respectant els criteris generals.<br \/>\n14.Elecci\u00f3 dels representants, un d\u2019entre els quals haur\u00e0 de ser del sector dels pares i mares, per a la nova comissi\u00f3 de selecci\u00f3 de director<br \/>\n15.Els consells escolars de centre podran establir convenis de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb associacions culturals o entitats sense \u00e0nim de lucre per al desplegament d&#8217;activitats extraescolars i complement\u00e0ries, en virtut d\u2019all\u00f2 que disposin les Administracions\u00a0 educatives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El consell escolar del centre \u00e9s un \u00f2rgan de govern col\u00b7legiat on es troba representat tota la comunitat educativa. \u00c9s un \u00f2rgan de decisi\u00f3 i participaci\u00f3 que juga un paper important en el funcionament del centre.
