Necessitareu fer unes bones respiracions. Primer, inspirar pel nas per omplir els pulmons d&#8217;aire i despr\u00e9s expulsar-lo expirant a trav\u00e9s de la boca (inspiraci\u00f3-expiraci\u00f3). Les expiracions hauran de ser precises, controlant-ne la pot\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed teniu 4 reptes diferents.
