The idea is to take some minutes everyday to write down some sentences about what you have done, felt, seen and thought.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"es-ES\">Hola de nou a tots i totes, veient que aquest confinament encara durar\u00e0 uns quans dies us proposo fer un diari sobre aquests dies tant particulars, que de ben segur recordareu tota la vostra vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"es-ES\">La idea \u00e9s que dediqueu uns minuts al dia a pensar un parell de frases explicant alguna cosa que heu fet, sentit, vist o pensat.
