La campanya tamb\u00e9 vol reduir el consum de llaminadures, begudes refrescants i brioxeria per aconseguir una <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1QGbwkw4A4fXRUFUvSk1pVoo-aUf_OnAT\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>alimentaci\u00f3 saludable<\/strong><\/a>. A la vegada, fa reflexionar els infants sobre la necessitat de dedicar menys hores als jocs sedentaris (com els videojocs) i jugar a jocs actius, fer esport, caminar m\u00e9s, pujar escales&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s una iniciativa de la Uni\u00f3 Europea que es fa efectiva per una acci\u00f3 coordinada dels departaments d\u2019Agricultura, Salut i Ensenyament de la Generalitat de Catalunya. Els objectius del programa s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oferir fruita en els esmorzars dins del centre escolar.<\/li>\n<li>Informar sobre els beneficis d\u2019incrementar el consum de fruites i verdures, i sobre la seva diversitat, caracter\u00edstiques, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Proposar el consum de fruites com una alternativa excel\u00b7lent al consum d\u2019altres aliments amb menys qualitat nutricional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Quan hi haur\u00e0 fruita per esmorzar facilitada des de l\u2019escola?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durant el curs escolar, aproximadament una setmana de cada mes es distribuir\u00e0 fruita i\/o verdura seleccionada en funci\u00f3 de l\u2019estaci\u00f3 de l\u2019any, la proximitat de producci\u00f3 i la qualitat.\u00a0La fruita es repartir\u00e0 entre els nens i les nenes. Altres anys es consumia a l&#8217;escola, a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;esmorzar.
