{"id":9746,"date":"2025-06-27T17:16:49","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T15:16:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-riusegre\/?p=9746"},"modified":"2025-07-12T02:36:25","modified_gmt":"2025-07-12T00:36:25","slug":"cs-taller-de-mindfulness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-riusegre\/general\/cs-taller-de-mindfulness\/","title":{"rendered":"CS &#8211; Taller de Mindfulness"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ens agradaria compartir amb vosaltres la valoraci\u00f3 del taller de MINDFULNESS\u00a0 implementat com a novetat aquest curs 24\/25 al cicle superior de prim\u00e0ria, \u00a0que els\/les vostres fills\/es han estat portant a terme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPLICACI\u00d3 I VALORACI\u00d3 DEL TALLER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquest taller ha estat una iniciativa dissenyada per introduir \u2013los en el benestar emocional i la gesti\u00f3 del estr\u00e8s a trav\u00e9s de practiques d\u2019atenci\u00f3 plena o \u201cMindfulness\u201d. En un m\u00f3n cada vegada m\u00e9s accelerat, considerem fonamental dotar al nostre alumnat d\u2019eines que els hi permetin con\u00e8ixer-se millor, gestionar les seves emocions i millorar la seva concentraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La valoraci\u00f3 dels\/les alumnes ha estat molt positiva, destacant que se sentien m\u00e9s tranquils, amb m\u00e9s capacitat per concentrar-se i m\u00e9s conscients dels seus propis sentiments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESUM D\u2019ACTIVITATS REALITZADES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durant el curs, el taller de \u201cMindfulness\u201d s\u2019ha centrat en activitats pr\u00e0ctiques i senzilles, adaptades a la seva edat, per a que incorporessin l\u2019atenci\u00f3 plena en el seu dia a dia. Algunes d\u2019aquestes han estat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respiraci\u00f3 conscient: Diferents exercicis de respiraci\u00f3 per aprendre a calmar la ment i el cos.<\/li>\n<li>Escaneig corporal: A trav\u00e9s d\u2019exercicis guiats, els\/les nens\/es han explorat les sensacions del seu cos, des dels dits dels peus fins al cap, augmentant la seva consci\u00e8ncia corporal i relaxaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Atenci\u00f3 plena als sentits. Activitats on es centraven un sol sentit.<\/li>\n<li>Meditacions guiades: Activitats guiades amb les que viatjaven amb la seva imaginaci\u00f3 a llocs tranquils i segurs, fomentant la relaxaci\u00f3 i la creativitat.<\/li>\n<li>Activitats de ioga\u2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Creiem que aquest taller ha proporcionat als \/a les vostres fills\/es eines valuoses per el seu desenvolupament personal i emocional, que podran utilitzar quan els hi siguin necess\u00e0ries.
