This course the students of CI (1st and 2nd course) have done some yoga sessions. It consit in telling the story From Head to Toes by Eric, students have to reproduce all the Animals’ movements. After this session, we watch a video from yoga for kids: Animals’ Poses and practice some yoga in groups.
