Bon dia pares i mares!<\/div>\n
Avui ens ha visitat una experta en nutrici\u00f3 per ajudar-nos en el nostre projecte. Ens ha explicat moltes coses interessants! Una alimentaci\u00f3 ha de contenir tots els nutrients necessaris, a m\u00e9s existeixen cinc grups de nutrients: prote\u00efnes, hidrats de carboni, greixos vitamines i minerals. Una alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada cont\u00e9 tots els nutrients, per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s important mantenir una alimentaci\u00f3 variada, ja que no tots els aliments porten tots els nutrients. Hem de procurar menjar el m\u00e9s variat possible. Aix\u00ed que els alumnes de 5\u00e8 us convidem a fer-ho!<\/div>\n
