Febrer 2023<\/p>\n

Alumnes i docents de l’escola han assistit durant el mes de febrer a dues de les fires m\u00e9s importants del sector; la Barcelona Wine Week<\/strong> (BWW, 6-8 febrer)<\/em>\u00a0 i Enomaq<\/strong> (ENOMAQ-OLEOMAQ-EBEER-TECNOVID y OLEOTEC, 14-17 febrer).<\/em><\/p>\n

La BWW<\/a> \u00e9s la fira de refer\u00e8ncia sobre les noves tend\u00e8ncies del m\u00f3n del vi, amb oferta de vins nacionals i internacionals, i on els alumnes van poder descubrir noves tend\u00e8ncies, formats i\u00a0 fer tastos , i que aquest any 2023 ha realitzat la seva quarta edici\u00f3.<\/p>\n

D’altra banda cada dos anys la Fira de Saragossa celebra ENOMAQ-OLEOMAQ-E-BEER i TECNOVID-OLEOTEC (Enomaq)<\/a>, on el sector agroalimentari\u00a0 i els nostres alumnes han conegut la maquin\u00e0ria i equipament m\u00e9s punters de les ind\u00fastries vit\u00edcola, ole\u00edcola i producci\u00f3 de vins i cervesa.<\/p>\n
