El programa, que s\u2019est\u00e9n de novembre a juny, reuneix professionals dels serveis educatius del territori amb l\u2019objectiu de refor\u00e7ar criteris compartits, impulsar el treball col\u00b7laboratiu i avan\u00e7ar en el model d\u2019escola inclusiva. Les trobades, organitzades en format formatiu i distribu\u00efdes en quatre sessions als diferents CEEPSIRs, permeten generar coneixement conjunt i establir l\u00ednies d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 comunes.
