<\/a><\/p>\nErasmus +<\/a> \u00e9s el programa de la UE en els \u00e0mbits de l\u2019educaci\u00f3, la formaci\u00f3, la joventut i l\u2019esport per al per\u00edode 2014-2020\u00a0 i dona suport a l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Agenda Pol\u00edtica Europea destinada al creixement, l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3, l\u2019equitat i inclusi\u00f3.<\/p>\n El projecte en que participarem s\u2019enmarca en l\u2019acci\u00f3 clau 2 del programa Erasmus+ que promou la cooperaci\u00f3 per a la innovaci\u00f3 i l\u2019intercanvi de bones pr\u00e0ctiques. La proposta planteja una associaci\u00f3 bilateral que reuneixi dues escoles d\u2019educaci\u00f3 especial per compartir pr\u00e0ctiques que ens ajudin a identificar i superar les dificultats amb que topen els joves amb NEE en la transici\u00f3 de l\u2019escola a l\u2019edat adulta. Analitzarem com es pot desenvolupar la resili\u00e8ncia emocional per gestionar el canvi, les noves experi\u00e8ncies i les expectatives dels altres i explorarem diferents enfocaments en els contextos del Regne Unit i Espanya.<\/p>\n Aix\u00ed en els propers dos cursos treballarem conjuntament amb\u00a0East SILC John Jamieson<\/a>, una escola d\u2019educaci\u00f3 especial situada a l\u2019est de la ciutat de Leeds, en una zona que mostra proced\u00e8ncies socials i econ\u00f2miques molt contrastades. Durant el per\u00edode tenim previst realitzar diferents visites, sobre les quals ja us anirem informant properament.<\/p>\n Erasmus +<\/a>\u00a0is the EU program in the fields of education, training, youth and sport for the period 2014-2020 and supports the implementation of the European Political Agenda for growth, employment, equity and inclusion.<\/p>\n The project in which we participate is part of the key action 2 of the Erasmus + program that promotes cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices. The proposal raises a bilateral association that brings together two schools of special education to share practices that help us identify and overcome the difficulties that young people with NEE encounter in the transition from school to adulthood. We will analyze how emotional resilience can be developed to manage change, new experiences and the expectations of others, and explore different approaches in the contexts of the United Kingdom and Spain.<\/p>\n Thus, in the next two years, we will work together with\u00a0East SILC John Jamieson<\/a>, a special education school located east of the city of Leeds.
