En cap cas hem perdut el temps, per tant, no hem de recuperar-lo. Si l\u2019hem perdut ha estat per no ser capa\u00e7os de donar import\u00e0ncia a all\u00f2 que \u00e9s essencial i a relativitzar la resta, i sempre som a temps de fer-ho.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong>\u00a0Escoltar, quan tornem, les viv\u00e8ncies de cadascun dels nens i nenes, nois i noies. Pensar com arribaran i com arribarem a retrobar-nos. Quina \u00e9s la motxilla que portar\u00e0 cadasc\u00fa. Buscar els tresors que hi haur\u00e0 amagats. Fer el dol de les p\u00e8rdues. Valorar percepcions: la soledat, la mort, l&#8217;a\u00efllament, el malestar, i tamb\u00e9: la companyia, la solidaritat, la vida, l\u2019amor. Ser molt sensibles a les difer\u00e8ncies, recollir-les col\u00b7lectivament per, si cal, poder-les guarir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0<\/strong>Compartir qu\u00e8 hem apr\u00e8s i com ho hem fet durant tot aquest temps, no per relativitzar el que es fa presencialment a l\u2019escola, sin\u00f3 per complementar-ho i donar el valor que t\u00e9 cada espai i temps d\u2019aprenentatge. Hem de recon\u00e8ixer totes les experi\u00e8ncies per situar-les en un mateix proc\u00e9s. Apreciar, en tot cas, l\u2019autoaprenentatge i l\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong>\u00a0Conversar amb l\u2019entorn familiar sobre les seves viv\u00e8ncies. Escoltar-los per entendre com viuen de forma intensa l\u2019escola en moments especials com aquests. Aprofitar per valorar i consensuar amb ells el que \u00e9s important. Per fer comunitat a partir d\u2019una bona comunicaci\u00f3. Per ajudar a refor\u00e7ar i situar el paper complementari de cadasc\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.\u00a0<\/strong>Reflexionar des de la incertesa per poder buscar certeses que ens orientin i incorporar-les al dia a dia de l\u2019escola. Per construir una nova societat qu\u00e8 ens toca fer com escola? Potser no som imprescindibles, per\u00f2 la nostra acci\u00f3 segueix sent molt important. I, de tot el que podem fer, com ens preparem millor per als canvis?<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.\u00a0<\/strong>Ajudar a entendre qu\u00e8 ha passat. Des de la viv\u00e8ncia. Des de la hist\u00f2ria. Des del context. Des de la ci\u00e8ncia. Des de l\u2019art. Des de la paraula. Compartir per comprendre i comunicar. Donar eines per a la reflexi\u00f3 i la cr\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.\u00a0<\/strong>Posar paraules a les viv\u00e8ncies, els records i les persones. Amb l\u2019art, expressar, representar i comunicar el que ha passat, el que m\u2019ha passat, el que ens ha passat. Recollir dades per entendre el m\u00f3n i interpretar-lo. De forma individual i tamb\u00e9 col\u00b7lectiva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.<\/strong>\u00a0Entendre la informaci\u00f3 que realment ens \u00e9s \u00fatil per poder actuar amb coher\u00e8ncia i coneixement. Saber triar, llegir i interpretar la informaci\u00f3 que ens arriba des de tants \u00e0mbits. Separar el gra de la palla, \u00e9s a dir, la informaci\u00f3 del soroll que en provoca l\u2019exc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.<\/strong>\u00a0Si l\u2019escola prepara tamb\u00e9 per al m\u00f3n del treball, investigar, identificar i estudiar formes d\u2019organitzar-lo que siguin respectuoses amb la natura, el medi ambient, la cura de les persones, la cooperaci\u00f3, la solidaritat, la igualtat, la salut, l\u2019educaci\u00f3, el benestar. Analitzar cr\u00edticament les que porten al benefici individual, l\u2019explotaci\u00f3, la pobresa, la viol\u00e8ncia, les condicions injustes de treball, l\u2019exclusi\u00f3, l\u2019opressi\u00f3 de la gent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.\u00a0<\/strong>Treballar per la igualtat de situacions i d\u2019oportunitats. Qu\u00e8 significa la inclusivitat despr\u00e9s d\u2019aquesta crisi? Posar eines, instruments, recursos i mitjans perqu\u00e8 la inclusi\u00f3 sigui una realitat, sabent que hi ha molta desigualtat encara i que la intervenci\u00f3 de l\u2019escola \u00e9s limitada. Pensar l\u2019escola de tots i totes i per a tothom sense exclusi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11.<\/strong>\u00a0Teixir xarxes, tant presencials com virtuals, que ens poden ajudar a construir noves realitats i relacions de m\u00e9s qualitat, m\u00e9s s\u00f2lides. Potenciar l\u2019autonomia i la responsabilitat de les persones i de les institucions educatives. Superar la competitivitat exercint la interdepend\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12.<\/strong>\u00a0Al\u00e7ar la veu de totes aquelles mancances que detectem i que, des de l\u2019escola, a\u00eflladament, no podem resoldre. Explicitar les nostres demandes i exig\u00e8ncies. A canvi, oferir amb generositat i responsabilitat la nostra feina continuada i el nostre comprom\u00eds i complicitat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13.<\/strong>\u00a0Ser m\u00e9s conscients de la fragilitat, la vulnerabilitat i la interconnexi\u00f3 amb la naturalesa de la nostra esp\u00e8cie. Creure en el futur del planeta, en una simbiosi constructiva, en la qual l\u2019esp\u00e8cie humana sigui respectuosa amb la vida, en totes les seves manifestacions. Aquesta simbiosi s\u2019ha de practicar en el dia a dia de cada centre educatiu, com a testimoni d\u2019una necessitat universal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14.\u00a0<\/strong>De tota crisi en surten ensenyances i aprenentatges. Aprofitar per traslladar al curr\u00edculum aquestes i d&#8217;altres idees per poder-lo dissenyar des de la vida i el benestar de la humanitat. Fer-ho conjuntament i a tots els nivells: a les xarxes properes, a la nostra comunitat, a l\u2019equip docent, a cada aula.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>14
