Segurament alguns esteu angoixats i preocupats per la situaci\u00f3 que estem vivint.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Us proposem la realitzaci\u00f3 de les seg\u00fcents activitats per a que us sigui m\u00e9s am\u00e8.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>La primera activitat <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">us ajudar\u00e0 a organitzar-vos i planificar el dia a dia, <\/span><b>fent-vos un horari<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> amb activitats variades. Us enviem un model horari que us pot servir de guia.
