{"id":20923,"date":"2024-03-21T13:57:03","date_gmt":"2024-03-21T12:57:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-maragall-lh\/?p=20923"},"modified":"2024-03-21T14:01:29","modified_gmt":"2024-03-21T13:01:29","slug":"judo-a-2n-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-maragall-lh\/general\/judo-a-2n-3\/","title":{"rendered":"JUDO A 2n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat dimecres 20 de mar\u00e7 els nens i nenes de 2n, vam anar a practicar un esport que es diu JUDO!<\/p>\n<p>Vam fer molts jocs i activitats amb l&#8217;objectiu de con\u00e8ixer i familiaritzar-nos amb el judo, sempre d&#8217;una manera divertida.<\/p>\n<p>Els objectius d&#8217;aquesta activitat van ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduir-se al judo mitjan\u00e7ant jocs de lluita.<\/li>\n<li>Adquirir una disciplina a trav\u00e9s del respecte i l\u2019autocontrol.<\/li>\n<li>Adquirir un nivell b\u00e0sic d\u2019habilitats motrius b\u00e0siques: salts, girs i equilibris, despla\u00e7aments,\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Aprendre les primeres t\u00e8cniques de judo de projecci\u00f3 i d\u2019immobilitzaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Relacionar-se i ajudar-se amb altres companys per tal d\u2018aconseguir un objectiu com\u00fa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ens ho vam passar d&#8217;all\u00f2 m\u00e9s b\u00e9, nom\u00e9s cal veure les fotos i els v\u00eddeos.
