I n\u2019hi ha que, a m\u00e9s, entenen per qu\u00e8 ho fan i cap a on van. L\u2019Escola Jacint Verdaguer fa temps que ha pres una decisi\u00f3 de fons: si la inclusi\u00f3 \u00e9s real, ha de travessar tota l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del centre. No pot dependre de voluntats individuals ni quedar redu\u00efda a intervencions puntuals. En aquest marc, la incorporaci\u00f3 de la figura de la t\u00e8cnica d\u2019integraci\u00f3 social no \u00e9s un recurs afegit. \u00c9s una pe\u00e7a estructural. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>De recurs a sistema<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En el context del <strong>Programa temporal per impulsar la perspectiva orientadora i social als centres educatius<\/strong>, impulsat pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, el centre ha optat per una lectura clara: la dimensi\u00f3 social no \u00e9s complement\u00e0ria, \u00e9s condici\u00f3 de possibilitat de l\u2019aprenentatge. Aix\u00f2 implica un canvi de mirada. No es tracta nom\u00e9s d\u2019intervenir quan apareix la dificultat, sin\u00f3 d\u2019anticipar-la. No es tracta nom\u00e9s de gestionar casos, sin\u00f3 de construir contextos que evitin que aquests casos es cronifiquin. La Susana G\u00e1lvez treballa exactament en aquest espai. Forma part activa de la comissi\u00f3 d\u2019absentisme, per\u00f2 la seva intervenci\u00f3 no es limita al registre ni al seguiment. S\u2019articula en coordinaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial, amb la comissi\u00f3 social i amb els equips docents per entendre qu\u00e8 hi ha darrere de cada abs\u00e8ncia i, sobretot, per reconstruir el vincle abans que es trenqui del tot. Perqu\u00e8 l\u2019absentisme no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una dada. \u00c9s un s\u00edmptoma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Teixir vincles per sostenir traject\u00f2ries<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha una idea que sovint es repeteix, per\u00f2 que nom\u00e9s pren sentit quan es concreta: cal vincular alumnat, fam\u00edlies i escola. El repte no \u00e9s dir-ho, \u00e9s fer-ho. Al Verdaguer, aquesta vinculaci\u00f3 es construeix tamb\u00e9 fora de l\u2019aula. El <strong>grup de mares cosidores<\/strong>, coordinat per la Susana, n\u2019\u00e9s un exemple clar. No \u00e9s un taller ocupacional. \u00c9s un espai de confian\u00e7a, d\u2019entrada progressiva a la vida del centre, de reconeixement mutu. Mentre cusen, parlen. I mentre parlen, es generen vincles que despr\u00e9s tenen impacte directe en la relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019escola i en el seguiment educatiu dels fills i filles. En paral\u00b7lel, el <strong>grup d\u2019avis i \u00e0vies voluntaris<\/strong> aporta una altra capa imprescindible: la dimensi\u00f3 intergeneracional. En un entorn on la fragmentaci\u00f3 social \u00e9s creixent, l\u2019escola esdev\u00e9 un espai de trobada. Els avis no nom\u00e9s col\u00b7laboren; aporten temps, mirada i arrelament. I aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 educa. Aquestes iniciatives no s\u00f3n perif\u00e8riques. Aquest objectiu nom\u00e9s es pot assolir si el vincle amb l\u2019escola es mant\u00e9. En aquest sentit, la feina de la TIS al Verdaguer ha perm\u00e8s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Detectar de manera preco\u00e7 situacions de desconnexi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Acompanyar fam\u00edlies amb dificultats d\u2019acc\u00e9s o relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019escola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Incrementar la participaci\u00f3 en espais comunitaris del centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Refor\u00e7ar la coordinaci\u00f3 amb agents del territori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es tracta d\u2019accions a\u00efllades, sin\u00f3 d\u2019un treball sostingut que incideix directament en la pres\u00e8ncia, la participaci\u00f3 i la continu\u00eftat de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Una pe\u00e7a clau en un model de centre<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Res d\u2019aix\u00f2 no passa per in\u00e8rcia. Requereix intencionalitat, organitzaci\u00f3 i lideratge. Al Verdaguer, la figura de la TIS s\u2019integra de manera estructural en el funcionament del centre: participa en espais de coordinaci\u00f3, es vincula a l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial i forma part de les din\u00e0miques de presa de decisions en relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019acompanyament social de l\u2019alumnat. No \u00e9s una figura externa que entra i surt. \u00c9s una pe\u00e7a del sistema. Aquest enfocament permet passar d\u2019un model reactiu a un model preventiu i comunitari, alineat amb el nou marc d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa que el Departament est\u00e0 comen\u00e7ant a desplegar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>El repte: entendre b\u00e9 la figura<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La incorporaci\u00f3 de professionals socioeducatius als centres educatius obre una oportunitat clara. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 planteja un repte: definir b\u00e9 el seu rol i evitar que quedi dilu\u00eft en funcions assistencials o difuses. L\u2019experi\u00e8ncia del Verdaguer apunta en una direcci\u00f3 concreta: quan la TIS t\u00e9 un lloc definit dins del projecte de centre, amb funcions clares i connexi\u00f3 amb l\u2019equip docent, el seu impacte es multiplica. Quan no \u00e9s aix\u00ed, es dilueix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>All\u00f2 que no es veu (per\u00f2 ho canvia tot)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha aprenentatges que no es poden produir si abans no hi ha vincle. Hi ha traject\u00f2ries educatives que es trenquen molt abans que aparegui el frac\u00e0s acad\u00e8mic. I hi ha escoles que entenen que intervenir a temps \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanica manera de ser justos. La feina de la Susana G\u00e1lvez s\u2019inscriu en aquest espai discret per\u00f2 determinant. No sempre visible, per\u00f2 essencial. Perqu\u00e8, en educaci\u00f3, el que sost\u00e9 sovint no es veu.
