Hi families!<\/span><\/p>\n

Our students have been working a lot these days. We learned some routines and we practiced them every day before starting class. We always talk about the weather and the date. We can also answer some questions or play an oral game sitting down on the floor in a circle. We love it!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1st GRADERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

During these first weeks of the school year, we worked on vocabulary related to families and emotions through different kinds of activities such as stories, games, songs, crafts, and activities in the book. Here are a couple of photos of a craft that we did.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    2nd GRADERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

    We have acquired new vocabulary related to the furniture that can be found in the classroom or our homes. Moreover, we have also learned about the different rooms and spaces that a house can have. Something that we enjoy a lot is listening to stories! Here\u2019s a piece of one called: \u2018\u2019Where\u2019s Layla?\u2019\u2019<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
