{"id":3777,"date":"2021-02-09T13:36:43","date_gmt":"2021-02-09T12:36:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-elspicots\/?page_id=3777"},"modified":"2026-03-02T11:40:56","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T10:40:56","slug":"treball-cooperatiu","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-elspicots\/projectes\/treball-cooperatiu\/","title":{"rendered":"Treball Cooperatiu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;La cooperaci\u00f3 \u00e9s la convicci\u00f3 plena de que ning\u00fa pot arribar a la meta si no arribem totes i tots!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;aprenentatge que ens aporta el treball cooperatiu no es basa nom\u00e9s en la millora d&#8217;assoliment dels continguts sin\u00f3 que els valors com el respecte, l&#8217;empatia i l&#8217;escolta de l&#8217;altre s\u00f3n l&#8217;enriquiment personal i essencial que s&#8217;esdev\u00e9 d&#8217;aquesta manera tan especial de treballar.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta metodologia comen\u00e7a per la distribuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aula, segueix amb l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 de c\u00e0rrecs i rols a cadascun dels equips que ajuden a potenciar la cohesi\u00f3 de grup per acabar treballant plegats a trav\u00e9s de diferents t\u00e8cniques cooperatives.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;Escola Els Picots hi creiem molt en aquesta manera de treballar, \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 que des de ben petits i petites es comen\u00e7a a introduir en el nostre dia a dia!
