Hi participaven per equips de 8-9 persones barrejades de diferents cursos i havien de superar un circuit amb diferents proves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cSlalom\u201d fent ziga-zagues entre uns cons amb la pilota als peus.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cXerranca\u201d amb cercles a peu coix.<\/li>\n<li>Joc dels maniquins: treure i posar una samarreta passant-la d\u2019una persona a l\u2019altra amb les mans agafades.<\/li>\n<li>Bitlles: el participant porta uns leotards al cap, com si fos una gorra, amb una pilota que fa pes a cada peu. Movent el cap ha d\u2019aconseguir tombar una filera de bitlles amb les pilotes.<\/li>\n<li>El terra de lava: avan\u00e7ar el m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid possible sense trepitjar el terra col\u00b7locant uns cartrons a cada pas.<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019acabava el circuit fent un tir lliure a la cistella de b\u00e0squet.<a \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>S\u2019ho van passar molt b\u00e9, molt participants volien repetir el circuit un cop acabat, en un bon ambient de treball en equip i de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre els
