L’alumnat de cicle superior ha estat practicant el salt de corda durant les sessions d’educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica. Hem combinat el salt individual amb corda curta i el salt en grup amb les cordes llargues. Tamb\u00e9 hem pogut fer un tastet del salt a doble corda.<\/p>\n

Aquesta activitat f\u00edsica ens permet treballar alguns dels continguts de l’\u00e0rea d’educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica, tals com el salt, la for\u00e7a, la resist\u00e8ncia, la coordinaci\u00f3 o la capacitat aer\u00f2bica. Per acabar aquesta unitat l’alumnat ha preparat una combinaci\u00f3 de salts en grup que ha mostrat als seus companys i companyes.<\/p>\n
