Avui a la classe de les plantes hem fet una <strong>INFUSI\u00d3 <\/strong>\u00a0de roman\u00ed que tots hem pogut provar, cal dir que \u00e9s un sabor for\u00e7a nou per a nosaltres i ens ha sorpr\u00e8s una mica el paladar. Una vegada revitalitzats amb la presa de la infusi\u00f3, i a veure si tenim sort i ens millora una mica la mem\u00f2ria, hem comen\u00e7at a elaborar un <strong>OLI AROMATITZAT<\/strong> per tal que d\u2019aqu\u00ed a un mes aproximadament el puguem gaudir a les nostres amanides, plats frescos o si m\u00e9s no per tirar-li un rajol\u00ed a la verdura que aix\u00ed passa millor!<\/p>\n<p>El nostre oli arom\u00e0tic est\u00e0 fet a base de roman\u00ed, farigola i pebrella. Aquesta \u00faltima planta segur que no us sonar\u00e0, ens l\u2019ha portada la senyoreta de P4, l\u2019Evelyn, del Pa\u00eds Valenci\u00e0. El proc\u00e9s ha estat molt f\u00e0cil, hem agafat un pot de vidre li hem posat brots de cada una d\u2019aquestes tres plantes i una mica de sal per potenciar el sabor. Posteriorment hem cobert tot el pot\u00a0 amb oli d\u2019oliva i l\u2019hem tapat ben tapat, el deixarem aproximadament un mes al costat\u00a0 del pot de l\u2019alcohol de roman\u00ed perqu\u00e8 es maceri b\u00e9.
