D\u2019aqu\u00ed a trenta dies tindrem llest <strong>L\u2019ALCOHOL DE ROMAN\u00cd<\/strong> per poder fer-nos totes les fregues que ens calguin.<\/p>\n<p>A la sortida que v\u00e0rem fer al Montgr\u00ed vam poder gaudir de l\u2019esclat del roman\u00ed en flor que omplia tota la vessant de la muntanya. El vam identificar, tocar, olorar&#8230;i ja el coneixem de totes totes!<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019aula hem sabut tant de les seves propietats medicinals (antibacteri\u00e0, digestiu, antiinflamatori, antioxidant i benefici\u00f3s per a la pell), aix\u00ed com del seu us culinari (carn rostida, assaonar olives, mel&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>Hem omplert un pot de vidre amb roman\u00ed fresc en flor, hi hem abocat alcohol de 96\u00ba fins dalt de tot, l\u2019hem ben tapat i guardat en un lloc fresc i fosc. El deixarem macerar durant 30 dies per obtenir un l\u00edquid negre, el nostre alcohol de roman\u00ed!
