La senyoreta Evelyn ens ha explicat les caracter\u00edstiques d&#8217;aquests arbres aut\u00f2ctons de la nostra comarca i el proc\u00e9s que seguiran les olives fins a convertir-se en el preuat oli. La nostra comarca \u00e9s una zona de producci\u00f3 d&#8217;oli excel\u00b7lent i una de les feines dels pagesos d&#8217;aqu\u00ed ha estat sempre el treball dels olivars. A m\u00e9s, hem aprofitat per recitar el poema <em>Pa amb oli i sucre<\/em> d&#8217;en Miquel Mart\u00ed i Pol.
