En molts municipis de Catalunya t\u00e9 lloc l\u2019enterrament de la sardina el mateix Dimecres de Cendra. Estem davant l\u2019\u00faltim acte del Carnaval, que tanca tot el cicle de gresca i xerinola que ha omplert els carrers de molt\u00edssimes poblacions de colors, m\u00fasica i disbauxa. En origen, l\u2019enterrament de la sardina el trobem a la tradici\u00f3 ja perduda de sortir als afores a berenar el darrer dia de Carnaval per tal de posar fi al per\u00edode de festa.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta tarda, hem volgut celebrar aquesta tradici\u00f3 fent veure que enterr\u00e0vem la sardina.
