S’acosta la festa de la Castanyada i ja hem comen\u00e7at amb els primers preparatius. Les ametlles que v\u00e0rem collir al mas Soms i ens han servit fins ara per comptar, agrupar i treballar conceptes matem\u00e0tics, ara les convertirem en farina d’ametlla per tal d’elaborar els tradicionals panellets. Durant aquests dies, dediquem estones d’esbarjo a picar les ametlles que despr\u00e9s triturarem per convertir-les en farina. D’aquesta manera, seguim tot el proc\u00e9s del fruit i el convertim en un preuat postre de tardor. Destresa, esfor\u00e7 i, de tant en tant, un petit mos!<\/p>\n
