Sortosament hi ha una manera deliciosa de provar aquesta llei, fer un gelat de sal. I de fet, aquesta \u00e9s la manera de fer gelat com es feia abans, fent servir nom\u00e9s sal, gla\u00e7 i ci\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que en un dia tan calor\u00f3s com el d&#8217;avui, hem aprofitat l&#8217;avinentesa i hem realitzat un gelat casol\u00e0! Per fer-lo hem barrejat en un pot de vidre: dues cullerades de crema de llet, dues de llet i una de xocolata en pols. Tot seguit hem preparat un recipient amb gla\u00e7ons i sal. En aquest, hi hem deixat reposar tots els pots de vidre tapats amb un drap.<\/p>\n<p>Al cap d&#8217;una hora de rellotge hem menjat un fant\u00e0stic gelat de xocolata casol\u00e0! Gr\u00e0cies al drap, l&#8217;aire calent no entra. La sal obliga al gla\u00e7 a desfer-se ben de pressa.
