Aquesta setmana a la classe dels microorganismes hem realitzat un experiment molt visual per entendre qu\u00e8 \u00e9s\u00a0la pressi\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica i quines conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies pot donar.<\/p>\n

En un recipient\u00a0hem posat un trosset de pastilina amb la que hem aguantat una espelma.\u00a0Un cop subjectada, hem omplert amb aigua el recipient. Llavors hem enc\u00e8s l’espelma i r\u00e0pidament l’hem tapat amb un pot de vidre. Misteriosament l’espelma s’ha apagat i l’aigua del recipient ha entrat dins el pot de vidre.<\/p>\n

L’explicaci\u00f3 \u00e9s f\u00edsica!\u00a0La flama de l’espelma consumeix oxigen de l’aire que hi ha dins del pot fins que l’espelma acaba per apagar-se. A l’inici de l’experiment, la pressi\u00f3 sobre l’aigua \u00e9s igual a l’interior que a l’exterior del pot. Per\u00f2, durant la combusti\u00f3, la pressi\u00f3 a l’interior del pot disminueix i, aleshores, la pressi\u00f3 de l’aire exterior, la pressi\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica, empeny l’aigua cap a l’interior del pot.<\/p>\n
