La tintura de iode ens ha fet de catalitzador i aliments b\u00e0sics com el pa, la pasta, la farina, els cereals o les galetes, r\u00e0pidament han canviat de color, fet que ens indica que contenen mid\u00f3. Ha estat una activitat \u00e0gil, molt visual i f\u00e0cil de portar a terme.
