Aquest mat\u00ed, per cloure el trimestre, ha vingut l’Escola d’Hostaleria de l’Alt Empord\u00e0 a ajudar-nos i ensenyar-nos com fer bunyols de vent farcits de crema. Ens ho hem passat molt i molt b\u00e9. Cadascun de nosaltres ha pogut farcir i arrebossar el bunyol i hem apr\u00e8s els ingredients b\u00e0sics d’aquest producte tan adequat per aquestes dates. Tot i que , a l’Empord\u00e0, s\u00f3n tradicionals els brunyols de Setmana Santa, aquests tamb\u00e9 es poden fer i menjar durant aquesta \u00e8poca. S\u00f3n m\u00e9s f\u00e0cils i r\u00e0pids d’elaborar i els ingredients f\u00e0cils de trobar. Nosaltres ens els menjarem aquest vespre amb molt de gust! Molt bona Setmana Santa a tots i a totes els que ens seguiu!<\/p>\n
