Avui ha estat un dia especial i no nom\u00e9s per ser 29 de febrer. Avui tots els alumnes han realitzat un taller de pastisseria i fleca de la m\u00e0 del pastisser i cuiner en Joan de la pastisseria can Duran de Palafrugell. Durant tot el mat\u00ed els alumnes han anat passant pel seu improvisat obrador que hem muntat a la sala del Local Social i s’han introdu\u00eft en el m\u00f3n creatiu de les mones de Pasqua, les galetes de mantega, els panets de Viena i els d’en Dal\u00ed,… Tot un mostrari de creacions aliment\u00e0ries que ha fet la del\u00edcia de tots.<\/p>\n

Amb en Joan hem apr\u00e8s algunes de les t\u00e8cniques b\u00e0siques per elaborar artesanalment diferents tipus masses, farciments i decoracions. Un tastet de nombroses destreses per fer dol\u00e7os de rebosteria i pastisseria tradicional i tamb\u00e9 de les receptes internacionals m\u00e9s populars. Ha estat genial poder pastar, barrejar, pesar, decorar, … i la de degustar, … encara m\u00e9s!!! Mil gr\u00e0cies.<\/p>\n
