Avui durant la nostra sessi\u00f3 d’educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica el grup de cicle superior ha sortit a fer un recorregut curt al voltant de la zona del cementiri per treballar la resist\u00e8ncia. A un ritme de cursa suau durant vint minuts tots hem aprofitar per activar el nostre cos. Ens hem aturat una estona a fer uns exercicis de flexibilitat i tranquil\u00b7lament hem tornat a l’escola per tal de donar temps al cos per recuperar l’estat natural.<\/p>\n
