Joan Riu representada per 6 atletes, va participar en la jornada escolar d&#8217;atletisme organitzada per l&#8217; ACELL ( Federaci\u00f3 Catalana d&#8217; Esports per a persones amb discapacitat intel\u00b7lectual ) que es va dur a terme a l&#8217;estadi municipal la B\u00f2bila de Gav\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un llarg viatge amb l&#8217;autobus d&#8217;una hora i dos quarts v\u00e0rem arribar a les pistes d&#8217;atletisme. Primer vam tenir contacte amb la pista que \u00e9s d&#8217;un material semi-dur anomenat \u201ctartan\u201d per percebre les noves sensacions en el terreny i tot seguit ens preparen un petit esmorzar per agafar forces. Realitzem un escalfament a la zona de pistes i ens dirigim a la cambra de requeriments per rebre les indicacions dels jutges.<\/p>\n<p><a nostres participants realitzen dos proves de velocitat de 25m, en dos series diferents.<\/p>\n<p><a correctament i se&#8217;ls concedeix una medalla a cada un.\u00a0 Seguidament acompanyats per l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n dirigits a la recollida de medalles i les corresponents fotografies. \u00a0 \u00a0 Despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 i dels nervis passats toca l&#8217;hora de dinar per recuperar forces i descansar.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;activitat ha estat molt positiva i els nostres atletes han competit molt b\u00e9 i amb molt d&#8217;esfor\u00e7.\u00a0 Ara ens queda continuar preparant les properes jornades.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El dia 9\/5\/19
