OROFACIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des del servei\u00a0 fisioter\u00e0pia, conjuntament amb el servei de logop\u00e8dia, hem iniciat un treball d\u2019estimulaci\u00f3 orofacial per millorar les funcions de la musculatura implicada en la degluci\u00f3.<br \/>\nEls objectius principals s\u00f3n millorar el segellat labial i reduir la sialorrea, per evitar el baveig i estimular la degluci\u00f3.<br \/>\nEstem fent servir l\u2019embenat neuromuscular que permet estimular la propiocepci\u00f3 i corregir la direcci\u00f3 del moviment muscular, entre d\u2019altres.<br \/>\nLa t\u00e8cnica que s\u2019est\u00e0 utilitzant s\u00f3n tires de 2cm d\u2019ample per 5cm de llarg amb base al centre de l\u2019orbicular dels llavis i amb una tensi\u00f3 del 20% de l\u2019elasticitat de la vena cap a les comissures labials, per tal de potenciar la contracci\u00f3 dels llavis.<br \/>\nTamb\u00e9 es col\u00b7loca una tira de la mateixa mida en orientaci\u00f3 transversal a la zona
