A m\u00e9s, s\u2019han reorganitzat algunes sales per poder disposar d\u2019un espai de treball, ja sigui individual o per parelles.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10129 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-eeejoanriu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1550\/2021\/10\/Correcte-226x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"226\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-eeejoanriu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1550\/2021\/10\/Correcte-226x300.jpg 226w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-eeejoanriu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1550\/2021\/10\/Correcte.jpg 336w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 226px) 100vw, 226px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Es fa dif\u00edcil resumir quina tipologia d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 i quins objectius es treballen amb cada alumne, ja que la intervenci\u00f3 \u00e9s totalment individualitzada.<br \/>\nExposar\u00e9 uns exemples de dues de les tasques que s\u2019ha comen\u00e7at aquest curs:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pel que fa les sessions individuals <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A principi de curs i per trencar gel amb els nens i nenes he utilitzat la caixa de la calma. Una caixa amb material atractiu i divers per poder establir vincles i poder-nos con\u00e8ixer millor. Els diferents elements han perm\u00e8s detectar quins objectius treballarem durant al curs amb cadascun d\u2019ells i elles.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10130 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-eeejoanriu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1550\/2021\/10\/IMG_20211015_102039_resized_20211015_102710814-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-eeejoanriu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1550\/2021\/10\/IMG_20211015_102039_resized_20211015_102710814-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-eeejoanriu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1550\/2021\/10\/IMG_20211015_102039_resized_20211015_102710814.jpg 448w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El repte \u00e9s buscar activitats motivadores per poder treballar capacitats com atenci\u00f3, la impulsivitat, h\u00e0bits de seure a la taula i fer alguna tasca. \u00a0Per\u00f3 sobretot em centro amb alteracions conductuals \u00a0que es puguin reconduir a trav\u00e9s d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies. Com per exemple: el temps d\u2019espera, entrar a l\u2019aula de psicopedagogia tranquils, treballar estrat\u00e8gies per arribar a la calma, identificar les emocions per poder-hi posar imatge i paraula per poder-les treballar quan floreixin durant el dia a dia. A final del dia, fem mem\u00f2ria de quina conducta han tingut. Si ha sigut una actitud positiva obtenen una targeta verda, sin\u00f3, la targeta \u00e9s vermella. Tamb\u00e9 tenim la targeta taronja\u00a0 per indicar que el comportament ha sigut regular. Els que obtenen la targeta verda poden escollir alguna activitat a fer, o alguna recompensa que s\u2019estableix amb la mestra i educadora referent. Si \u00e9s vermella, no podran obtenir aquesta recompensa.<br \/>\nAquesta metodologia, \u00e9s el que anomenem en psicologia, economia de fitxes i serveix per modificar la conducta dels alumnes. \u00c9s una estrat\u00e8gia basada en la psicologia positiva i el refor\u00e7 positiu de les conductes a treballar. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s disminuir les conductes no desitjades. Ho aconseguiran? Evidentment les funcions s\u00f3n molt m\u00e9s amplies i es fan intervencions a les diferents aules de l\u2019escola.<br \/>\nUn punt clau \u00e9s l\u2019an\u00e0lisi funcional de les conductes \u201cproblema\u201d (conducta que es pret\u00e9n treballar) on es pret\u00e9n entendre i buscar l\u2019origen de la conducta per tal de trobar estrat\u00e8gies m\u00e9s adequades per fer o una reducci\u00f3 o be eliminaci\u00f3 de la conducta. Es tracta d\u2019un treball mutidisciplinar i per tant, tant el mestre com l\u2019educador referent de cada alumne, com els altres especialistes (fisioter\u00e0pia i logop\u00e8dia) hem de treballar conjuntament. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important la implicaci\u00f3 de la fam\u00edlia ja que les estrat\u00e8gies que funcionen a casa cal compartir-les amb l\u2019escola com tamb\u00e9
