Els nens i nenes que s\u00f3n f\u00edsicament actius tenen una millor qualitat de vida, benestar psicol\u00f2gic, condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica i auto concepte, i majors habilitats motrius. A m\u00e9s, contribueix en la prevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019obesitat, afavoreix el desenvolupament d\u2019amistats i augmenta la qualitat del son.
