Home de confian\u00e7a del cuiner Ferran Adri\u00e0, entre el 2004 i el 2012 va ser el coordinador de recerca de la Fundaci\u00f3 Al\u00edcia (Ci\u00e8ncia i Alimentaci\u00f3). I a partir del 2013 va incorporar-se al Campus de l\u2019Alimentaci\u00f3 de la UB coordinant la unitat UB-Bullip\u00e8dia. Avui, Castells tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s el responsable de la Unitat d\u2019Estudis i Recerca en Ci\u00e8ncia i Cuina del Campus de l\u2019Alimentaci\u00f3<span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tots junts vam poder gaudir d&#8217;un taller de cuina molt especial on vam poder fer un pa de pessic al microones i <em>esferificacions. <\/em>S\u00ed, s\u00ed ho heu llegit b\u00e9!
