Aquesta dieta es basa en el\u00a0 blat, la vinya, l&#8217;olivera i en els seus derivats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquesta dieta prev\u00e9 malalties com els trastorns cardiovasculars, la diabetis i certs tipus de c\u00e0ncer. El novembre del 2010 va ser declarada Patrimoni Immaterial de la humanitat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia hi ha molta varietat d&#8217;aliments per\u00f2 hi predominen els aliments vegetals i es fan servir productes de temporada com la carbassa a la tardor i la s\u00edndria a l&#8217;estiu. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s es fan servir herbes i esp\u00e8cies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per fer la dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia s&#8217;han de seguir alguns consells: fer de 3 a 5 \u00e0pats al dia, menjar vitamines que es troben a la fruita i la verdura, prote\u00efnes que es troben a la carn, el peix i l&#8217;ou i els carbohidrats que es troben al pa, a la pasta i a l&#8217;arr\u00f2s.
