Aqu\u00ed teniu una mostra d\u2019aquest primer trimestre: activitats que necessiten una precisi\u00f3, un alt nivell de coordinaci\u00f3 \u00f2cul manual, una for\u00e7a controlada i una bona concentraci\u00f3; \u00e9s a dir, que es treballen els moviments amb precisi\u00f3 realitzats per la m\u00e0, els dits, el canell, l\u2019avantbra\u00e7 i el bra\u00e7.
