Per\u00f2 cal comptar amb totes aquelles altres persones que intervenen d\u2019una o altra manera en la din\u00e0mica del centre.<\/p>\n<p>Caracter\u00edstiques i trets d\u2019identitat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El nostre centre es defineix com a aconfessional, i es manifesta pluralista, tolerant I respectu\u00f3s amb la diversitat religiosa en el marc de la legislaci\u00f3 vigent.<\/li>\n<li>El nostre centre vol potenciar una educaci\u00f3 integral de l\u2019alumnat sense discriminaci\u00f3 per ra\u00f3 de sexe.<\/li>\n<li>Considerem la diversitat (cultural, religiosa, social, econ\u00f2mica\u2026) com un fet enriquidor per a la totalitat de la comunitat educativa (alumnes, mestres, pares\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Tamb\u00e9 respectarem i considerem enriquidors els diferents ritmes d\u2019aprenentatge dels alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>Considerem que s\u2019han de fomentar en l\u2019alumne actituds de di\u00e0leg i de toler\u00e0ncia davant les diferents manifestacions d\u2019una societat plural i democr\u00e0tica.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019escola pret\u00e9n donar a con\u00e8ixer als alumnes la societat i nacionalitat catalanes, i despertar en ells el respecte i l\u2019estima, des d\u00b4una perspectiva human\u00edstica i universal sense oblidar la diversitat d\u2019origen dels membres de la nostra comunitat.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019escola considera essencial l\u2019educaci\u00f3 integral de l\u2019individu, tot fomentant valors i actituds que es concretin en h\u00e0bits i pautes de comportament, tal com estan especificats en les Normes d\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 i Funcionament del centre.<\/li>\n<li>La llengua vehicular del centre \u00e9s la llengua catalana, i per tant ser\u00e0 la d\u2019\u00fas habitual, tant a nivell oral com escrit, en tots els seus \u00f2rgans i \u00e0mbits de la comunitat educativa: alumnes, mestres, pares i mares, personal de serveis i d\u2019administraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019escola proporcionar\u00e0 als alumnes una adequada compet\u00e8ncia ling\u00fc\u00edstica en catal\u00e0 i en castell\u00e0. Tamb\u00e9 es garantir\u00e0 un coneixement i \u00fas b\u00e0sic de l\u2019angl\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li>A la nostra escola entenem l\u2019aprenentatge com un proc\u00e9s que implica la totalitat de la persona, en el qual es desenvolupa una gran diversitat de capacitats: Intel\u00b7lectuals, procedimentals, emocionals, socials, actitudinals\u2026 Entenem el paper del mestre com a orientador i dinamitzador d\u2019aquest desenvolupament natural. L\u2019escola \u00e9s un lloc d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li>Entenem l\u2019aprenentatge com un progres individual de l\u2019alumne, que parteix de les seves capacitats i fomenta l\u2019assoliment de noves capacitats. L\u2019ensenyament ser\u00e0 significatiu i interdisciplinari, tindr\u00e0 en compte els coneixements previs i els interessos dels alumnes, i tamb\u00e9 el seu ritme personal de progres.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019escola vetllar\u00e0 per l\u2019assoliment de les compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques de l\u2019alumne, entenent-les fonamentalment com a eines per a integrar-se adequadament en un m\u00f3n complex i canviant.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019escola promou una gesti\u00f3 participativa, democr\u00e0tica i efectiva en tots els \u00f2rgans que la composen, per mitj\u00e0 dels representants elegits per cada un d\u2019ells. L\u2019escola crea vies de participaci\u00f3 per aconseguir una unitat de tots els membres que intervenen en el seu desenvolupament (pares, alumnes, Mestres, personal no docent i administraci\u00f3).<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019escola tindr\u00e0 com a m\u00e0xim responsable i \u00f2rgan de govern, el Consell Escolar del centre. Aquest ser\u00e0 qui en \u00faltima instancia decideixi les q\u00fcestions d\u2019escola. El claustre de professors ser\u00e0 qui decideixi la l\u00ednia pedag\u00f2gica a seguir i tindr\u00e0 totes les compet\u00e8ncies en aquest sentit, sempre que no hi hagi contradiccions amb el projecte Educatiu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Donada la diversitat de seccions possibles, s&#8217;ha cregut oport\u00fa no crear\u00a0cap p\u00e0gina espec\u00edfica en la maqueta inicial, deixant a criteri del centre la decisi\u00f3 sobre la millor manera\u00a0d&#8217;estructurar la descripci\u00f3 del seu projecte educatiu.
