Creiem que ara m\u00e9s que mai hem de prestar\u00a0 molta atenci\u00f3 a les nostres emocions i com poder gestionar-les.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Al llarg de les seg\u00fcents setmanes us enviarem recursos que us puguin ajudar a fer un acompanyament emocional.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cada setmana ens centrarem amb\u00a0 una emoci\u00f3 i us donarem recursos espec\u00edfics per gestionar-la com : contes, meditacions, v\u00eddeos , activitats.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Us animem a compartir les vostres emocions en fam\u00edlia !!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta setmana ens centrarem amb l\u2019emoci\u00f3 : <strong><u>LA POR<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e8 \u00e9s la por ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La por \u00e9s una emoci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria que sentim tots els humans (per aix\u00f2 s\u2019anomena prim\u00e0ria). La por \u00e9s una resposta davant del perill (real o imaginari) que provoca una sensaci\u00f3 desagradable que ens travessa el cos, la ment i l\u2019anima. Als nens ,per\u00f2, els expliquem de manera m\u00e9s senzilla i els diem que \u201cla por \u00e9s falta d\u2019informaci\u00f3\u201d. Quan un nen\/a diu que li fan por, els gossos, per exemple, \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 no els coneix\u00a0 o m\u2019han explicat que s\u00f3n perillosos ( diem que falta informaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 o no existeix o no \u00e9s completa; els gossos tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n afectuosos, protectors, sensibles, etc.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per qu\u00e8 tenim por ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La por \u00e9s una emoci\u00f3 que ens ha ajudat a sobreviure com a esp\u00e8cie. \u00c9s vital per ajudar-nos a detectar els perills, quantificar el risc i fugir. Als nens els diem que no ens hem de sentir malament per sentir la por, gr\u00e0cies a ella som aqu\u00ed. De fet , el problema no \u00e9s sentir por, el problema \u00e9s qu\u00e8 fas amb la por que sents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com \u00e9s la por ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La por \u00e9s una emoci\u00f3 invasiva, com un virus, si no ets conscient que la sents no la controles i llavors cada dia es fa una miqueta m\u00e9s gran, fins el punt de ser ella, la por, la que decideix qu\u00e8 fas i qu\u00e8 no fas. Quan sentim una por, el repte que tenim \u00e9s fer-la m\u00e9s petita. Per qu\u00e8 com m\u00e9s petita sigui, m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil ser\u00e0 poder enfrontar-la. La idea \u00e9s que tingui una petita ranura com si fos una b\u00fastia per poder introduir les nostres pors en ella.<\/p>\n<p>Quan tinguem la capsa acabada , tindrem uns fulls o targetes en les que expressarem les nostres pors. D\u2019aquesta manera les nostres pors sortiran del cos i es plasmaran al paper, que llen\u00e7arem a dins de la capsa.<\/p>\n<p>Abans verbalitzeu les pors que tingueu cadasc\u00fa dels membres de la fam\u00edlia. Dediqueu una bona estona a expressar i donar espai a les vostres pors. Potser la teva habitaci\u00f3 , un espai que t\u2019agradi i et sentis a gust.<\/p>\n<p>El meu suggeriment \u00e9s que entre tota la fam\u00edlia busqueu un rac\u00f3 tranquil i feu el <strong>rac\u00f3 de la calma<\/strong>. Podreu anar sempre que vulgueu tots els membres de la fam\u00edlia incl\u00f2s podeu llegir els contes, fer les din\u00e0miques emocionals en el\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 vostre rac\u00f3 de la calma.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0 Com fer el nostre \u201c<strong>Rac\u00f3 de la calma.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Primerament busqueu un lloc tranquil i acollidor de la casa on pugueu anar per relaxar-vos.<\/p>\n<p>Podeu posar una catifa, coixins per que sigui m\u00e9s acollidor. Tamb\u00e9 podeu posar una cistella o una capsa amb estris de relaxaci\u00f3 (plomes, pilotes suaus, peluixos, etc\u2026).
