Tenim una capsa amb tot el material que necessitem : coix\u00ed cor. Quan tenim el cor a les nostres mans sabem que ens toca parlar i l&#8217;altre company a d&#8217;escoltar. Rellotge de sorra per mesurar el temps que hem de parlar cadasc\u00fa. Platets per fer una petita relaxaci\u00f3 i calmar les nostres emocions abans de parlar. Targeta gesti\u00f3 de conflictes\u00a0 on tenim escrites unes frases que ens ajuden a resoldre el conflicte : Em sento&#8230;. (emoci\u00f3)\u00a0 Perqu\u00e8 &#8230;(causa) i\u00a0 Ho he manisfestat &#8230; (manifestaci\u00f3) Crec que ho hagu\u00e9s pogut solucionar &#8230;( solucions) i finalment arribem a un\u00a0 Acord.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 tenim 2 mediadors que ens ajuden.
