Ens han fet tota una ruta per la cooperativa, des de qu\u00e8 arriben els camions i tasten la mostra de ra\u00efm per veure el grau d&#8217;acidesa, pesen el ra\u00efm, el porten a les m\u00e0quines que treuen la raspa, la pell i les llavors, despr\u00e9s a la priemsa, es fa el most i es posa en dip\u00f2sits per mantenir-lo (amb o sense sulfits&#8230;). Tot un aprenentatge de com fer most i vi. Ah! i ens han convidar a un pica-pica per esmorzar.
