L\u2019exercici \u00e9s molt important per mantenir aquest equilibri i seguir endavant.<\/p>\n<p>Tal i com fem a les classes d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica, podeu seguir les seves parts: ESCALFAMENT, PART PRINCIPAL I TORNADA A LA CALMA.<\/p>\n<p>Us animen a que pugueu realitzar diferents tipus d\u2019activitats que englobin moviments funcionals, despla\u00e7aments (cap endavant i darrera, laterals, amb salts, amb reptacions cap amunt o cap a baix, etc), jugar amb pilotes o globus, passar per sobre o sota d\u2019objectes, ballar, ioga, estiraments, exercicis de respiraci\u00f3 i relaxaci\u00f3 \u2026 Fins i tot podeu inventar-vos un REPTE de CIRCUITS FAMILIARS, on pot participar tota la fam\u00edlia!<\/p>\n<p>La duraci\u00f3 recomanada seria d\u2019una hora o m\u00e9s al dia!
