desenvolupament<\/strong> dels nens i nenes, on se sentin <strong>reconeguts i valorats<\/strong>, que s\u2019hi trobin <strong>segurs<\/strong> per poder <strong>desenvolupar les seves capacitats<\/strong>, i <strong>promoure la seva autonomia<\/strong> i exigir-los l\u2019esfor\u00e7 i la responsabilitat que necessitaran en el seu futur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per aconseguir aquests reptes fomentem els seg\u00fcents aspectes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfocar les situacions d\u2019aprenentatge a partir de reptes, de preguntes i, en general, dels interessos que sorgeixen de la quotidianitat de l\u2019aula a trav\u00e9s dels contextos d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posar l\u2019accent en la import\u00e0ncia del proc\u00e9s, m\u00e9s que en el resultat final, que permetr\u00e0 als infants donar m\u00faltiples i variades respostes i que els ajudaran a interpretar la realitat que els envolta.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Integrar les noves tecnologies en l\u2019aprenentatge diari.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>formaci\u00f3 integral<\/strong> dels nostres alumnes combinant \u00a0les activitats que es realitzen dins les aules a trav\u00e9s dels contextos amb les creatives musicals i pl\u00e0stiques, les<strong> f\u00edsiques<\/strong>, i les generadores de m\u00faltiples experi\u00e8ncies personals com els ambients i els espais.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>OBJECTIUS GENERALS i INDICADORS DE PROGR\u00c9S<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Crear i consolidar estructures organitzatives pr\u00f2pies i de context, que propici\u00efn la inclusi\u00f3 educativa.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>% d\u2019hores d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 directa de la mestra d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat a l\u2019aula per curs.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cdndex d\u2019alumnes que assisteixen a l\u2019AA i obtenen resultats positius a les avaluacions finals.<\/li>\n<li>Nombre de trobades dels diferents equips de seguiment i coordinaci\u00f3 dels processos d\u2019E\/A de l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Incrementar i millorar l\u2019acolliment i els canals de comunicaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cdndex de participaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies a les reunions de nivell i d\u2019aula.<\/li>\n<li>% de fam\u00edlies que reben ajuda a trav\u00e9s de les diferents activitats i projectes d\u2019acolliment de l\u2019escola.<\/li>\n<li>% d\u2019activitats i projectes iniciats i\u00a0 consolidats per l\u2019AFA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Mantenir la formaci\u00f3 permanent del professorat per promocionar oportunitats de creixement col\u00b7lectiu.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cdndex de participaci\u00f3 del professorat a les formacions de duraci\u00f3 anual.<\/li>\n<li>Nombre de formacions que tractin elements clau
