{"id":2661,"date":"2022-05-06T13:14:05","date_gmt":"2022-05-06T11:14:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ehtg\/?page_id=2661"},"modified":"2022-05-06T13:54:08","modified_gmt":"2022-05-06T11:54:08","slug":"ehtg-quality-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ehtg\/ehtg-quality-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"EHTG quality policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The quality policy at the Girona School of Hospitality and Tourism is aimed at working to achieve the educational excellence while improving our results.<\/p>\n<p>Our priority is to satisfy our interest groups:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Agents participating directly in the teaching-learning processes: <\/strong>students, teachers and the companies or institutions that collaborate with us regarding the credits for job training.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Addressees receiving or getting the results obtained from the educative process: <\/strong>families, companies or institutions that insertan laboralmente the students as well as la comunidad del entorno del centro donde se inserta socialmente al alumnado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>La pol\u00edtica educativa establecida por los poderes p\u00fablicos, <\/strong>en tanto en cuanto recoge las necesidades sociales en materia educativa. Estas necesidades son traducidas mediante las leyes educativas, los decretos de establecimento del curr\u00edculum, las normas reguladoras, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La satisfacci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea de los grups de inter\u00e9s anteriores requiere el desarrollo de estrategias de excelencia, que nos llevar\u00e1n a ser proactivos y a aplicar la metodolog\u00eda REDAR en las actividades que se encuentran recogidas en los procesos.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, it is necessary to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explicitly plan the activities taking into account the satisfaction of interest groups: internal agents, addressees of results and educational policy.<\/li>\n<li>Carry on what has been planned.<\/li>\n<li>Systematically assess whether the established objectives are being fulfilled.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve to achieve excellence in the results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El compromiso del sistema integrado de gesti\u00f3n (SIG) afecta a toda la organizaci\u00f3n y, por tanto, el equipo humano del instituto ha aceptado la responsabilidad de participar de manera activa en la mejora del sistema integrado de gesti\u00f3n y de todos los procesos. Se fomentar\u00e1 la transmisi\u00f3n de la cultura de la excelencia. Por ello, la direcci\u00f3n del instituto facilitar\u00e1 los medios para lograr el nivel de formaci\u00f3n necesario para desarrollar el SIG.<\/p>\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito de la gesti\u00f3n ambiental, nos comprometemos a trabajar para reducir y prevenir los impactos ambientales de nuestras actividades y servicios, fomentando la reducci\u00f3n, reutilitzaci\u00f3n y reciclaje de los residuos generados, as\u00ed como hacer un uso responsable de los recursos.
