Mitjan\u00e7ant el ioga, exerciten la seva respiraci\u00f3 i aprenen a relaxar-se per poder respondre positivament davant dels conflictes. Tamb\u00e9, com que no \u00e9s un esport de competici\u00f3, disminueixen els estats d\u2019agressivitat i els afavoreix la capacitat de concentraci\u00f3, la qual cosa els ajuda en la seva salut f\u00edsica i emocional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ioga pels infants \u00e9s una manera divertida de desenvolupar el seu potencial creatiu i la seva capacitat de resoldre problemes i superar reptes.
