Cadasc\u00fa cuina de diferent manera segons el seu pa\u00eds d\u2019origen, de qui n\u2019ha apr\u00e8s, de si li agrada m\u00e9s o menys cuinar. Per\u00f2 entrar a la cuina, \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s que cuinar un plat m\u00e9s o menys elaborat, \u00e9s entrar en contacte en tot un m\u00f3n d\u2019olors, de textures, de colors\u2026 \u00e9s aprendre a trav\u00e9s dels sentits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir d\u2019uns ingredients preparar uns plats per a la fam\u00edlia, pels amics i amigues, pels companys i companyes de la feina\u2026 \u00e9s oferir als que estan a prop alguna cosa feta amb les mans i amb el cor. Entrar a la cuina moltes vegades \u00e9s m\u00e9s que posar-se a cuinar, \u00e9s explicar-se com est\u00e0s, de com ha anat el dia, \u00e9s xerrar i deixar passar el temps m\u00e9s lentament\u2026 mentre fas el sopar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1487 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/llarxerinola\/files\/2020\/04\/mans-cuina.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"253\" height=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Als infants els hi agrada entrar a la cuina, posar-se al costat de la persona adulta i col\u00b7laborar amb all\u00f2 que s\u2019est\u00e0 fent. Gaudeixen tocant i manipulant\u2026 tamb\u00e9 provant. Que bo! Quina olor m\u00e9s bona! Preparar unes galetes, unes magdalenes que despr\u00e9s es menjar\u00e0 per a berenar\u2026 Quina alegria i quina emoci\u00f3!! Ho ha fet amb les seves mans. Deixatem l\u2019ou en un vol. En un altre vol barregem el sucre i la mantega (va b\u00e9 deixar-la fora de la nevera una estona perqu\u00e8 estigui tova). Despr\u00e9s hi afegim l\u2019ou i la farina, ho remenem b\u00e9. Tot seguit hi posem la civada, el pessic de sal, el llevat i trossos petits de xocolata al vostre gust.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En fem boles petites i les posem una mica separades sobre d\u2019una safata de forn. Quant les tingueu sobre la safata les aixafeu perqu\u00e8 quedin rodones. Poseu-les al forn 20 minuts. I llestes per menjar\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Recepta de roques de Xocolata<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Xocolata negra<\/li>\n<li>Galetes<\/li>\n<li>Un bol d\u2019anacards i nou de brasil<\/li>\n<li>Un bol de galetes a trossets<\/li>\n<li>Un bol de cereals a trossets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>En aquest enlla\u00e7 trobareu com fer-les. Bon\u00edssimes!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VIZckXYM9Do?feature=oembed\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Past\u00eds de poma (sense ou i sense llet)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/llarlabaldufa\/files\/2020\/04\/al%C2%B7l%C3%A8rgics.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2673\" src=\"http:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/llarlabaldufa\/files\/2020\/04\/al%C2%B7l%C3%A8rgics.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"268\" height=\"201\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per totes aquelles fam\u00edlies que tingueu algun dels membres amb alguna al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia o intoler\u00e0ncia aliment\u00e0ria, us proposem una recepta de\u00a0past\u00eds de poma\u00a0sense ou i sense llet, dos dels principals al\u00b7l\u00e8rgens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg. de pomes (5-6 unitats)<\/li>\n<li>250 ml. de beguda de coco amb arr\u00f2s<\/li>\n<li>180 g. de farina de blat sarra\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>240 g. de sucre<\/li>\n<li>225 g. de galetes integrals (reviseu la etiqueta)<\/li>\n<li>100 g. de farina d\u2019ametlla<\/li>\n<li>110 g. de margarina 100% vegetal<\/li>\n<li>El suc de mitja llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tritureu les galetes i barregeu-les amb la margarina fins que sigui una massa homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deixeu refredar la massa a la nevera i col\u00b7loqueu-la en un motlle, millor desmuntable.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peleu les pomes, talleu-les a trossos, per\u00f2 guardeu una o dues per posar-les amunt del past\u00eds i tritureu la resta en el got de la batedora.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afegiu al mateix got de la batedora la beguda de coco i arr\u00f2s, el sucre, la farina i el suc de llimona.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Col\u00b7loqueu la barreja al motlle, sobre la pasta de galeta.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Talleu a l\u00e0mines les pomes restants, i poseu-les sobre la massa per guarnir el past\u00eds.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Escampeu una mica de sucre per sobre el past\u00eds.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enforneu el past\u00eds al forn durant 60 minuts a 180\u00baC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Tamb\u00e9 els podeu demanar que us ajudin amb els \u00e0pats que elaboreu a casa com per exemple,\u00a0 sucar pa amb tom\u00e0quet.
