\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;Escola Agr\u00e0ria de Manresa necessita cobrir una vacant de diplomat\/da enginyer\/a t\u00e8cnic\/ca agr\u00edcola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Necessitem una persona amb el t\u00edtol d&#8217;enginyeria t\u00e8cnica agr\u00edcola, amb experi\u00e8ncia en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit docent, i amb coneixements pedag\u00f2gics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les  seves funcions seran:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desenvolupar tasques docents te\u00f2rico-pr\u00e0ctiques en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la formaci\u00f3 professional, en<br>modalitat presencial, a dist\u00e0ncia o semipresencial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impulsar el coneixement de la innovaci\u00f3 i difusi\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica vinculada a l\u2019\u00e0mbit agrari.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutorar cursos de formaci\u00f3 a dist\u00e0ncia a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019entorn d\u2019aprenentatge en l\u00ednia establert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinar cursos de formaci\u00f3 professional adre\u00e7ats als professionals del sector agroalimentari<br>i del medi rural, en la modalitat establerta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dissenyar els itineraris formatius dels joves que s\u2019incorporen al sector agrari, i fer-ne el<br>seguiment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realitzar tasques de suport a l\u2019activitat docent (disseny i elaboraci\u00f3 de materials i guies,<br>elaboraci\u00f3 de proves, acompanyament en visites i sortides formatives, orientaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica i<br>laboral i participaci\u00f3 en activitats avaluatives).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gestionar eines tecnol\u00f2giques vinculades a l\u2019activitat de l\u2019escola i del DARPA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00e8 tindrem en compte?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coneixements en producci\u00f3 agr\u00e0ria ecol\u00f2gica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coneixements i experi\u00e8ncia en gesti\u00f3 de l\u2019empresa agr\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experi\u00e8ncia docent, especialment en el marc de la formaci\u00f3 professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coneixements i experi\u00e8ncia en gesti\u00f3 d\u2019entorns d\u2019aprenentatge en l\u00ednia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coneixements i experi\u00e8ncia sobre sistemes de gesti\u00f3 de la qualitat i millora cont\u00ednua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coneixements en temes de sostenibilitat i gesti\u00f3 mediambiental.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coneixements de nivell mitj\u00e0 i\/o superior sobre tecnologies de la informaci\u00f3 i la comunicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coneixements d\u2019idiomes
