Ha de tenir com a referent el Pla d\u2019educaci\u00f3 digital de Catalunya (PEDC), on s\u2019indica la necessitat d\u2019assolir la fita d\u2019una societat digitalment competent, fent \u00e8mfasi en l\u2019equitat i tenint en compte l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 del context social i tecnol\u00f2gic.
